I did all this for you to have a home inspector you can trust.
What I have done to prepare myself worthy of your trust and confidence: I have successfully met all the requirements of the State of Texas for a Professional Inspector License including:
Citizen of the United States or a lawfully admitted alien
At least 18 years of age
Satisfy the Commission’s requirements for honesty, integrity and trustworthiness (Background Investigation through DPS including fingerprinting.
Beyond the core inspection coursework, I have over 480 hours of education with topics including foundations, framing, building enclosure, roof systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, appliances, Texas Standards of Practice, Texas Standard Report Form/Report Writing, Texas Legal/Ethics, and Texas Standards of Practice/Legal/Ethics Update. I have completed hundreds of inspections and I do continuing education routinely so I stay up the most recent developments and trends in the industry.
I have performed hundreds of inspections under the supervision of one of the best inspectors in Texas and continue to seek his input on improving so that you get the most informative, accurate, unbiased report on the condition of your home whether you are buying or selling.
For your assurance I am performing the best service possible, I maintain E&O Insurance. I am a member in good standing with the most respected trade association in the industry, InterNACHI International Association of Certified Home Inspectors I maintain a list of references available upon request. My cliental is established solely on word of mouth and referrals from satisfied clients. Since I do not rely on real estate agents (who have a financial interest in closing the deal) for referrals like most inspectors do, there is not doubt that I have only YOUR best interest at heart. After your home inspection is done and you think of something you forgot to ask about or are confused about you are welcome, encouraged to call me and I will do everything I can to assist you. I promise if I do not know the answer to a question I will find the correct answer for you. And, if you are not satisfied with your home inspection (I have never had a client that wasn't satisfied) and I can not do anything to change that, I will gladly refund your fee.
